Working with instant meetings
Instant meetings allow multiple people to chat with each other and share applications. Instant meetings occur immediately, so they are best for small groups of people who need to meet quickly.

Note: The features described in this topic are available only if your company has an IBM Lotus Sametime server. These features are not available for the Macintosh version of Lotus Notes. Instant meetings with audio, visual, whiteboard, or screen sharing are available only if your Lotus Sametime server has Web conferencing capability.

Once an instant meeting starts, anyone can invite other online people to join the meeting.

Note: You can also schedule application-sharing meetings when you schedule an on-line meeting.
