To create shortcuts in an IMAP-based mail program to other people's Notes mail

Note: For assistance in setting up the IMAP-based mail program to open your Notes mail, see your DominoR administrator. The following steps will not work until your IMAP-based mail program is configured to open Notes mail.
1. Open your Notes mail, click More above the message list, and then click Preferences.
4. In the Create shared folders for mail owned by the following users field, type the names of people who have delegated access to their Notes mail to you. Click the arrow to the right of the field to select names from a directory.
