Option | Description |
Start of work day
End of work day | Set the default work period for each day. The calendar displays the work period you specify in white and shades the rest of the time gray. |
Each time slot | Sets the amount of time between time slots. |
Days in work week | Sets the days of the week to display in the One Work Week view. |
Display new (unprocessed) notices | Shows placeholders on the calendar for meeting notices that you have not responded to yet.
Placeholders for new meeting notices are grayed out on the calendar and known as meeting ghosts. The placeholders do not count as busy time in your free time schedule. |
Process cancelled meetings automatically | Processes cancelled meeting notices upon receipt. Select Remove from calendar to remove the meetings from the calendar, or select Show as cancelled in calendar to display the meetings as cancelled on the calendar. |
Display To Do entries | Shows to do items on the calendar. |
Display overdue To Do items on the current day | Shows overdue to do items on the current date on the calendar rather than on the due date of the items. |
