Calendar & To Do preferences - Autoprocessing
You can have IBMR Lotus NotesR process meeting invitations for you automatically.

To have NotesR respond to meeting invitations for you automatically, click File > Preferences, click Calendar and To Do, and then click Autoprocessing.


Autoprocessing options
OptionDescription
Respond automatically to meeting invitationsSelect this option to enable autoprocessing for meeting invitations.
When I receive a meeting invitation fromSelect Anyone to autoprocess all invitations.

Select Any of these people to autoprocess invitations sent by specific people only, and then specify the people.

Select Anyone except these people to autoprocess invitations sent by anyone except specific people, and then specify the people.

Accept if time is availableSelect this option to automatically accept invitations only when the times are free in your schedule.
Accept even if time is not availableSelect this option to automatically accept invitations regardless of whether the times are free in your schedule.
and decline if time is not availableIf you select Accept if time is available, select this option to automatically decline meeting invitations when the times are not free in your schedule.
and let me decide if time is not availableIf you select Accept if time is available, select this option to cancel autoprocessing for invitations when the times are not free in your schedule and leave the invitations in your Inbox so you can respond to them individually.
Delegate toSelect this option to delegate invitations to a specific person, and then specify the person.

The meeting chair receives notice that you have delegated the invitation, and the delegate becomes the invitee of record and is responsible for responding to the invitation.


Note: For event announcement invitations (invitations for which responses are not required), Notes determines whether or not to add the meeting to your calendar based on your free time schedule, but does not send a notice to the meeting chair.
