Administration policies for archiving mail
If you open the Archive Settings dialog box for your mail application, and some or all options are dim, your DominoR administrator has set a policy determining how your mail is archived and whether you can create any private archive settings for your mail.

To open the Archive Settings dialog box, open your mail, and then click Actions > Archive > Settings.

The following table describes several ways archiving may be allowed in your organization.
