Checking responses to a meeting invitation
Instead of opening individual responses to a meeting invitation, you can open the meeting entry and get an overview of invitee responses.

You can check responses to meeting invitations according to invitee status. For example, you can display only those invitees who have accepted the invitation, or only those invitees who have declined it.

1. In your calendar, open the meeting entry.

2. Click Invitee Status.

3. (Optional) Click Invitees and click a status option to display only invitees with that status. For example, click Invitees > Declined to display only invitees who have declined the invitation.
