To create stationery based on an existing memo
1. If necessary, open your mail.
2. Make sure you want the current letterhead as part of the stationery you are creating and, if not, select a different letterhead.
3. Create a message with a recipient list to include as part of the stationery.
4. (Optional) Type any text to include as part of the stationery in the body of the message.
5. Click More above the message, and then click Save as Stationery.
6. Type a name for the stationery and click OK. The message is saved in the Stationery view of your mail.
To create personal stationery including rich text or graphics
3. In the mail navigation pane, click Tools > Stationery to open the Stationery view.
4. Click New Stationery > Personal.
5. Between the first set of brackets under Header, insert any text or graphics to show at the top of the message.
7. Between the last set of brackets, insert any text or graphics to show at the bottom of the page.
To create a message using stationery
2. Click More above the message list, and then click New Message with Stationery.
3. Select the stationery to use and click OK.
Note: The stationery letterhead may not display the correct date in the message before you send the message, but the date is corrected during delivery.
To edit, rename, or delete stationery
1. In the mail navigation pane on the left, click Tools > Stationery to open the Stationery view.
2. Select the stationery to change.
