SECURING YOUR DATA
To enable shared login yourself, click File > Security > User Security and select Login to Notes using your operating system login. If this option is grayed, you cannot enable or disable shared login yourself.
After shared login is enabled, you do not have to provide a NotesR password when starting Notes. And when you click File > Security > User Security, or when you unlock the Notes display, you are prompted for your MicrosoftR WindowsR password.
