Reschedule, cancel, or confirm the assignment | 1. Open the to do item.
2. Click Actions, and then click Reschedule, Cancel, or Confirm.
3. If you clicked Reschedule, change the start date, due date, or both.
4. If you clicked Cancel, select whether to permanently delete the to do item and all related notices, or remove the to do item from the calendar but leave it in the to do list.
5. Select Include additional comments on notice.
6. Click OK.
7. If you selected Include additional comments on notice, type your comments--to format text or add graphics, attachments, or links, click the drop-down arrow for options--and then click OK. |
Add one or more assignees | 1. Open the to do item.
2. Under Participants, click Add.
3. Specify one or more assignees. To select names from a directory for one of the participants fields, click the address book icon next to the field.
Required and Optional assignees receive a notice that includes response options such as Accept and Decline. FYI assignees receive a notice that does not include response options but includes the option to add the item to the to do list. Other assignees cannot see the names of FYI assignees. |
Remove one or more assignees | 1. Open the to do item.
2. Under Participants, click Remove.
3. Select one or more assignees to remove.
4. Select Include additional comments on notice.
5. Click OK.
6. If you selected Include additional comments on notice, type your comments--to format text or add graphics, attachments, or links, click the drop-down arrow for options--and then click OK. |
Send mail to assignees | 1. Open the to do item.
2. Click Actions, and then click Send Message to All Invitees, Send Message to Invitees Who Have Responded, or Send Message to Invitees Who Have Not Responded.
3. Type your message.
4. Click Send. |
