Viewing an attached vCard file
A vCard (electronic business card) is a type of attachment that contains personal information, usually a name and address but sometimes graphics (such as a corporate logo), sound, or animation as well.

In IBMR Lotus NotesR, this type of information about people is stored in contact documents in your contact list.

You can view a vCard like any other attachment in NotesR, by double-clicking the vCard and then clicking View. Click Save in the Address Details dialog box to add a new contact to your contact list using the information in the vCard. You can also import and export vCards into and out of your contact list.
