Calendar Style options
When you print from the calendar, the Print Calendar dialog box displays a Calendar Style tab, which you can use to set calendar-specific print options.

What to Print in Every Calendar Entry

Use this section to set what parts of calendar entries to print, and how to print them. Each row represents one printable part of a calendar entry. (If the parts listed are different for your calendar, your DominoR administrator has customized your calendar.)


Calendar entry parts
Entry partDescription
IconThe icon that displays to the left of calendar entries, such as the appointment icon.
TimeThe start time of calendar entries.
- The dash that separates the start and end times of calendar entries.
EndThe end time of calendar entries.
SubjectThe subject of calendar entries. If an entry is a meeting, the meeting location and chair are included.

Calendar entry part print tasks
TaskDescription
Suppress printing of an entry partClear the check box in the entry part's row.
Change an entry part's font, size, or styleClick the part's row, click the font, size, or style in the row, and then select a font, type a size, or select a style (such as bold).
Copy the attributes of one entry part to all of the other parts Click the entry part's row, and then click Make Same.
Change the order in which an entry part is printedClick the entry part's row, and then click Up or Down.

Style Options

Use this section to set additional print options. Some of these options are dependent upon the calendar style selected on the Printer page of the Print Calendar dialog box.


Print style options
OptionDescription
Print first line onlyPrints only the first line of each entry as displayed in the calendar.
Expand rows, time slots as neededIncreases the height of the horizontal time slots until most entries have enough vertical space to print fully. Note that this may cause the calendar to print across two or more pages to allow for extra space.
Spread week across 3 pagesPrints the calendar across three pages, providing more horizontal space for entry information. This option is available only for the Weekly and Work Week calendar print styles. If you use this option, combine with the Expand rows, time slots as needed option for best results.
Use row/column formatPrints the calendar as displayed in the One Week and One Work Week calendar views. This option is available only for the Weekly and Work Week calendar print styles. You can combine this option with the Expand rows, time slots as needed option to provide more room to print.
Include weekendsPrints weekdays and weekends. This option is available only for the Weekly, Monthly, and Trifold calendar print styles.
Print three month bannerPrints the previous, current, and next months at the top of the page.
Hide private entriesDoes not print any calendar entries that have been marked private.

Page Types

Use an option in this section to print calendar output that fits into your day planner. Select an option and click Preview to sample the selected page type.

Trifold Sections

If you selected the Trifold calendar style on the Printer page of the Print Calendar dialog box, use this section to set how the left, center, and right sections print. For each section, you can select Daily, Weekly, Work Week, Monthly, Rolling, To Do List, or Notes (which prints a blank section for handwritten notes).
