Removing follow-up flags from messages
If you no longer need to mark a message for follow-up, you can remove the flag from it.

Removing the follow-up flag from a message removes the message from the Follow Up view and Follow Up miniview, but not from any other views and folders the message is in.

1. Select one or more flagged messages in a folder or view (other than Trash or Junk). Note that you can remove flags from multiple messages at the same time only if the flags are all the same priority.

2. Click the down arrow next to the flag icon above the message list, and then click Remove Flag.
