Phone dialing settings for a location
Because direct dialup modem ports (X.PC ports) are no longer supported, phone dialing settings are unnecessary for a Network Dialup location or its connection. To use Network Dialup, you must have remote access software configured in your operating system, and specify phone dialing settings that software instead of in IBMR Lotus NotesR.

Note: Do not use the NotesR Direct Dialup location or connection.
