Scheduling a group to do assignment
You can create a group to do item and assign it to one or more people.

Assignees receive an assignment notice and, as with meeting notices, they can respond to the notice by accepting it, declining it, and so on.

1. Click New To Do Item above the to do list.

2. Type a short description of the to do item in the Subject field.

3. In the Assign to field, select Others.

4. Under Participants, specify one or more assignees. To select names from a directory for one of the participants fields, click the address book icon next to the field.

5. (Optional) Do any of the following: 6. Click Save and Send Assignments.
