Task | Description |
Enable or disable the New Notices miniview | 1. Click File > Preferences, and then click Calendar and To Do.
2. Click Notices.
3. Select or clear Display unprocessed meeting notices in the New Notices MiniView.
4. Click OK.
5. Close and reopen the calendar. |
Open a notice in the miniview | Double-click the notice. If you respond to the notice, it is removed from the miniview automatically. |
Remove a notice from the miniview | 1. Click the notice.
2. Click Remove.
Note: This does not permanently delete the notice or automatically decline an invitation to the associated meeting. You can still access the notice in the All Documents view of your mail or in the Calendar Entries view of your calendar. |
Switch to the Follow Up or To Do miniview | 1. Click the New Notices header.
2. Click Follow Up or To Do. |
