CALENDAR AND TO DO LIST
You can set your calendar preferences to automatically remove meeting invitations from your Inbox after you respond to them.
1. Click File > Preferences, click Calendar and To Do, and then click Display.
2. Click Notices.
3. In the Display the following meeting notices in my Inbox field, select either All or All except responses.
4. Select Remove meeting notices from my Inbox after I process them.
5. Click OK.
Note: If you delete a meeting invitation from your Inbox rather than respond to it, NotesR sends a decline notice to the meeting chair.
